We advise against inserting abbreviated links (such as bit.ly, cutt.ly, t.ly, etc.) in e-mail correspondence

Dear customers,
we advise against inserting abbreviated links (such as bit.ly, cutt.ly, t.ly, etc.) in e-mail correspondence, as these are seen as hidden links, especially by German Internet providers (T-Online.de, Gmx.de, etc.), and are thus classified or rejected as suspected SPAM.
Instead, please always include the full address of the links.
Example: If you want to send your guests the link to the cancellation protection of the HGV, then send instead of the abbreviated link: http://bit.ly/Stornoschutz_DVG_DE
send the full link: https://secure2.europaeische.at/contract?languageCode=DE&agencyNumber...
This will prevent your e-mail from ending up in the spam folder or being rejected.
Yours sincerely,
InternetService
