Digitisation contributions 2025-28

Application address for the grant provided by the Autonomous Province of Bolzano to support the digitalisation of micro-enterprises:

Eligible initiatives may have a total eligible expenditure of up to €15,000.00 per application. The grant is awarded under the "de minimis" scheme and may cover up to 60% of eligible expenditure.

In terms of their number, small businesses represent a significant part of the local economy. Strengthening digital skills and services is essential for their modernisation and competitiveness. Changes in recent years have made it increasingly necessary to complement traditional business activities with digital technologies.

Funding is available for projects that are closely related to the company's business activities carried out in South Tyrol, have a direct impact on those activities and are aimed at introducing digital technologies and processes for the implementation and improvement of:

• organisational and business models;
• the company's online presence and forms of e-commerce;
• the management of social media and digital communication models;
• training, coaching and tutoring initiatives aimed at employees, owners and shareholders working in the applicant company, partner companies or other affiliated companies;
• consultancy and knowledge-transfer initiatives;
• costs for services provided by social media managers, agencies or specialised professionals for digital promotion and communication, as well as the professional management of social media channels;
• the purchase of software licences;
• the purchase and optimisation of software and the development of websites.
